    In-stock items will be shipped out in 1-3 business days.

    PRE-ORDERS

    When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not ready to ship yet. The estimated shipping timeframe for your pre-order will be listed in the product description.

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

    We do not offer returns for items unless in the case of an item having defects.

    Please read the description of the item, which includes the sizing measurements, to ensure you are getting your appropriate size!

  • If you've made an error when inputting your address, email or need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible!

    If your order has not been processed yet, we may be able to make the necessary corrections.

    We do not offer exchanges for items unless in the case of an item having defects.

    Please read the description of the item, which includes the sizing measurements, to ensure you are getting your appropriate size!

  • Measurements will be provided in the description of the product.

    We also provide details about the model’s size and height to help you visualize how the item may fit on you.

    If an item runs smaller or larger than usual, we’ll typically note this in the product description. We will also add descriptors such as "boxy fit" or "baggy" in the description to help in visualizing.

  • SUNNY Underground Market is based in Texas, USA.

    We do offer international shipping. Pricing varies so you can get an estimate of shipping costs at the checkout page once you enter your address.

    Please note that custom fees, duties and taxes are your responsibility! These fees will not be included in the final price, they will be invoiced in the delivery process by the carrier.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive confirmation with UPS/USPS/DHL tracking details via the email used to place the order. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

    Please note: Delivery times may be impacted by conditions such as weather, holidays, and mechanical issues with our carrier. Please know that these conditions are outside of our control and we thank you for your patience if your order is ever affected in these circumstances!

    MISSING ORDER

    If your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier but you haven’t received it, please try the following before contacting us:

    • Double-check the shipping address to ensure all details were correct, as missing information might result in delivery to a different location.
    • Check around your residence.
    • Ask those in your residence if they have received it.

    If you have done all of the following, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

    Please note: SUNNY Underground Market is not responsible for stolen, lost (incl. in the case of an incorrect address given), or tampered packages.

    LOST ORDER

    If your package is lost enroute:

    For UPS: Please contact us so that we may file a "Missing Package" claim. Please bare with us through this process as it will take 7-10 business days for them to deem that the package is in fact missing or not.

    For USPS: Please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

    For DHL: Please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

  • Yes, customs fees, duties and taxes are your responsibility! Please ensure you take account of that before you order.

    These fees will not be included in the final price, they will be invoiced in the delivery process by the carrier.

    Please note: Refused packages are ineligible for a full refund as the custom and shipping fees will be deducted from the overall amount.

  • While restocks aren’t guaranteed with every release, many items will become available again at some point in the future. Stay tuned!

  • If something is wrong with your order once it was received, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of your delivery date.

    If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please be sure to provide us with photos of the item(s) when contacting us.
